Disable or stop using other channels that serve the same purpose to avoid duplicate communication.
The news feed is well suited for:
Sharing photos and information about events and activities
Sharing experiences and insights, preferably focusing on positive examples
Highlighting and celebrating colleagues
Common examples of content in the news feed include:
Sharing fun activities from different units or departments
(open houses, events, holiday celebrations, parties, etc.)
Recognizing colleagues who have done something great and sharing positive feedback from guests or customers
Introducing new colleagues to the entire organization — preferably with a photo and a personal or light-hearted introduction
