Under Settings, you will find Segments.
Segments are used to create a clear and consistent structure when working with users, teams, and announcements across the platform.
They ensure that all admins and editors work from the same foundation.
There are multiple segment types, such as:
Locations
Departments
Job titles
Employment types
Announcement types
The location tag defines a geographic location — either where a user is based or where a team is located.
Create locations in the system first. Once set up, they can be assigned to:
Users when creating or editing them
Teams when building your structure
Where they are used:
