This provides clear control over which content is visible to different groups.
In Media, you can:
Create new text documents
Upload files such as images, videos, and audio
All newly created text documents are automatically saved as drafts and must be published to become visible.
This allows you as an admin to start creating a document and finish it later.
You can update text documents at any time, and users will always see the latest version without needing to create a new document.
Access is managed through folders, not individual files.
To share content, permissions are assigned by sharing the folder with one or more teams.
This provides structured and clear control over which content is shown to different groups.
For each document or file, you can later:
Rename it
Move it to another folder
Open it in a new browser window
Each document has a unique URL that can be shared within the platform with the teams that have access, making it easy for users to find the content.
In the User view, users only see the documents and files they have access to.
All access is controlled from the Admin view.
