When your organization creates an account for you, an invitation email is sent to the email address registered with the account.
Before you can log in, you need to open the email and accept the invitation.
Please check the following folders in your email account:
Spam
Junk Mail
Promotions (in Gmail)
You can also search your inbox for "Ngager".
If you still can't find the email, or if the invitation link is no longer working, please contact your administrator and ask them to send you a new invitation.
Your username is usually the same email address that your organization registered when your account was created. In most cases, it is also the email address where you receive notifications and communications.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the password reset link.
Follow the instructions on the screen to create a new password, then log in again using your username and new password.
If you are still unable to log in, please contact your administrator or the person responsible for Ngager within your organization. They can verify that your account is active and configured correctly.
