Manage Media and the media library
Create and manage segments assigned to users and teams
Create, schedule, and publish announcements in the Info Board
In the Admin mode, you work with the structure, content, and governance of the platform.
The User view is where you act as a user of the platform.
Here you can:
Access and consume content in Media
Read announcements in the Info Board
Create posts in the news feed
Communicate with colleagues via chat
In the User mode, you do not upload files to Media — you only access and use the content created in the Admin mode.
