In the Admin mode, you enable the chat feature if you want your organization to be able to chat internally.
If chat is not enabled, it will not be available in the User view.
In the User view, users can chat via:
1–1 chats
Group chats
You can create multiple group chats and manage them directly in the User view.
Each group chat automatically gets an Operator, who acts as the channel owner.
A channel can have multiple operators to help moderate the group chat.
An operator can:
Add members
Mute members
Ban members
You can freeze a group chat.
This means the chat history remains, but is only visible to operators.
Each group chat can be named
Each group chat can have its own channel image
